According to Canada’s Food Price Report, food prices will increase up to 6% in 2026. A family of four is predicted to spend nearly $1,000 more than last year, with a total food spending of over $17,000 per year.

- Describe the four steps of meal planning to save time and money: deciding what to eat, making a grocery list, grocery shopping and cooking
