Think bigger.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Here's why Second Harvest is your next career leap:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pioneers in food rescue, we are a renowned leader in perishable food redistribution across Canada.</li> <li>With a mission fueled by a no-waste, no-hunger ethos, we're not just changing the game—we're rewriting the rules.</li> <li>Our strategic approach aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), making every day a step towards global change.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>The <strong><em>Foodservice Account Manager</em></strong> is responsible for supporting the achievement of annual foodraising targets with a focus on maintaining relationships with our portfolio of Foodservice donors and developing successful strategies to grow partnerships and increase food rescued.&nbsp; The Foodservice Accounts Manager will apply their account management expertise to foster strong relationships with our Corporate Foodservice partners and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated and aligned across the organization.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Impact:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain strong partnerships with our portfolio of Foodservice donors, ensure open communication through regular meetings, provide frequent updates and reports on the impact and outcomes of partnerships for internal and external stakeholders, and cultivate opportunities to expand support across partner supply chains.</li> <li>Provide best in class customer service on daily basis, responding to user requests in timely manner, assisting donor locations with posting food donations.</li> <li>Implementation of a food donor stewardship plan that recognizes and celebrates the impact of our donors.</li> <li>Drive ongoing engagement on the Second Harvest Food Rescue App across Canada, meeting and exceeding targets for donor location engagement and donation activity.</li> <li>Ensure execution of partnership deliverables including meaningful recognition and marketing campaigns/collateral.</li> <li>Analyze partnership outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and growth opportunities.</li> <li>Deliver presentations and participate in speaking engagements with businesses with the goal of increasing food donor acquisition and retention; track outreach activities, record touchpoints, and collect donor feedback.</li> <li>Attend food industry trade shows/conferences and network with potential corporate partners.</li> <li>Implement ongoing quality and efficiency improvements.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Passionate</strong>: You are Inspired by the work of Second Harvest and eager to build on our vision of “No Waste.
